Delphine Bedel is a photographer, lecturer, curator and publisher, specialized in emerging practices in photography, art and publishing and a PhD researcher (currently at University of Creative Arts, UK), as well as the founder of Meta/Books and Amsterdam Art/Book Fair. She regularly contributes to books and magazines, and is a frequent keynote speaker in international conferences. She is also a food blogger under the name Rawfoodista.
This was the first time Delphine Bedel decided to present her practice as a Rawfoodist.
While she presented the food she cooks and its nutritional and health impacts she also held a talk on the links she sees between food and the social role of the designer.
